Lot's of things happening over on Ameted.com and with Ameted in general. Just a quick update to say howdy!

It’s hard to believe another December is upon us… there’s some snow on the ground, the holidays are fast approaching, and before long this year will be over.  I am really looking forward to a break in the action at the college where I am a professor.  Perks like getting an entire month off around Christmas are far more precious to me than earning oodles of money--and this year more than ever!  My wife and I plan simple holiday celebrations with family and will just be enjoying our new son.  Furthermore, I plan to use the time for finally completing the mixing of the new Ameted album.  As you can tell, the release date will not be in this calendar year.  At this point we’re discussing the possibility of sending it out to a professional mastering studio before going to press.  There are still a few details to work out and we hope to wrap them up soon.

You may notice something different on the page… hopefully nothing out of whack.  I am such a novice when it comes to Macromedia Flash (yes, I know it’s part of Adobe now… but I’m still on MX 2004… was 2004 really 3 years ago already?  almost 4?).  I hope to create some more pleasing effects here and on the main ameted.com.
